Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the following files in the 'c:program filescat daddy gamesschool tycoondatabuildings' folder: 'restrooms.ini', 'academic.ini', 'administration.ini', 'athletic.ini', 'entertainment.ini', and 'food.ini'. Locate the 'DecayRate=0.0005' entry and change it to 'DecayRate=0.0000'.
Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the 'simulation.ini' file in the 'c:program filescat daddy gamesschool tycoondata' folder. Make the following changes:

Open a file named 'simulation.ini', it should be somewhere in the installation directory. Next, find the entry 'BaseDailyIncome', which is set to 2000 by default. This is your basic income taht you recieve each day. Change it to whatever you want, two millions maybe? So that you will recieve 2 millions Dollar per day! Next, find the entry 'BaseIncomePerStudent', which is set to 250 by default. This is your daily income per stundent tgat attend your classes. Change it too. By this way, you'll be a millionare in no time!
